Open a Dispute

To open a dispute, navigate to the booking in question and select the dispute option. You will be asked to describe the issue and provide supporting evidence. Our team reviews every dispute carefully.

Steps

  1. Open the booking and tap the three-dot menu.
  2. Select Report a Problem or Open Dispute.
  3. Describe the issue in detail and attach any supporting photos or screenshots.
  4. Submit the dispute for review.
Important: Submitting false or misleading disputes may result in account restrictions.
