Open a Dispute
To open a dispute, navigate to the booking in question and select the dispute option. You will be asked to describe the issue and provide supporting evidence. Our team reviews every dispute carefully.
Steps
- Open the booking and tap the three-dot menu.
- Select Report a Problem or Open Dispute.
- Describe the issue in detail and attach any supporting photos or screenshots.
- Submit the dispute for review.
Important: Submitting false or misleading disputes may result in account restrictions.
