Dispute resolutions aim to be fair for both parties. Possible outcomes include a full or partial refund, the professional completing additional work at no extra cost, or the dispute being closed if the evidence does not support the claim.

Steps

  1. Full refund - the payment hold is released back to your payment method.
  2. Partial refund - a portion of the payment is returned based on the issue.
  3. No action - the evidence does not support the dispute and the booking stands as completed.
Tip: If you disagree with the resolution, you can request a secondary review within 7 days.
