When a Professional Does Not Show Up

If a professional fails to arrive at the agreed time without notice, you can report a no-show. This automatically opens a dispute and may result in a full refund of any payment hold.

Steps

  1. Wait a reasonable amount of time and try to contact the professional via chat.
  2. If there is no response, open the booking and tap Report No-Show.
  3. Provide the scheduled time and any attempts you made to contact the professional.
Important: Only report a no-show if the professional genuinely did not appear. Misuse of this feature may affect your account.
