Messages Not Sending

If a message is stuck or shows a failed status, it is usually a connection issue rather than a problem with your account. Your message is saved and will send once the app can reach the network again.

Steps

  1. Check that you have a working mobile or Wi-Fi connection.
  2. Tap the failed message and choose Retry to send it again.
  3. Close and reopen the app, then check that it is updated to the latest version.
Tip: Messages you write offline are kept and sent automatically once you are back online.
