Troubleshoot Missing Notifications

If you are not receiving notifications, there are several things to check. The issue is usually related to device settings, Do Not Disturb mode, or the app's own notification preferences.

Steps

  1. Confirm push notifications are enabled in your device settings for KF.Social.
  2. Check that Do Not Disturb and Focus modes are not blocking notifications.
  3. Open KF.Social Settings, tap Notifications, and verify your preferences.
  4. If the issue persists, try signing out and back in to refresh your push token.
