Cancel a Booking

You can cancel a booking at any time, though the cancellation policy may apply depending on the timing and booking status. Open bookings without accepted quotes can be cancelled freely.

Steps

  1. Open the booking you wish to cancel.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu and select Cancel Booking.
  3. Choose a reason and confirm the cancellation.
Important: Cancelling after a quote has been accepted may incur a cancellation fee. Check the cancellation policy for details.
