Our Cancellation Policy

KF.Social has a fair cancellation policy that protects both customers and professionals. Cancellations made before a quote is accepted are always free. After acceptance, fees may apply depending on how close to the scheduled date the cancellation occurs.

Steps

  1. Before quote accepted - free cancellation, no fees.
  2. More than 48 hours before scheduled work - small cancellation fee may apply.
  3. Less than 48 hours before scheduled work - higher cancellation fee applies.
Tip: If you need to reschedule rather than cancel, discuss it with your professional through chat first - they may be flexible.
