Each booking moves through a series of statuses that reflect its current stage. Understanding these helps you know what to expect and what actions you can take.

Steps

  1. Open - your booking is live and professionals can send quotes.
  2. In Progress - you have accepted a quote and the professional is working on the job.
  3. Completed - the job is finished and you can leave a review.
  4. Cancelled - the booking has been cancelled by you or the professional.
