Troubleshoot Sign-In Issues

If you cannot sign in, the problem may be an expired session or a temporary server issue. Work through these steps to regain access.

Steps

  1. Double-check that you are entering the correct email.
  2. If you use Sign in with Apple, make sure you are signed in to the correct Apple ID on your device.
  3. Try closing and reopening the app, or check your internet connection.
Important: Too many failed sign-in attempts may temporarily lock your account for security. Wait a few minutes and try again.
