Troubleshoot Sign-In Issues
If you cannot sign in, the problem may be an expired session or a temporary server issue. Work through these steps to regain access.
Steps
- Double-check that you are entering the correct email.
- If you use Sign in with Apple, make sure you are signed in to the correct Apple ID on your device.
- Try closing and reopening the app, or check your internet connection.
Important: Too many failed sign-in attempts may temporarily lock your account for security. Wait a few minutes and try again.
