When a new lead arrives, you will see the job description, customer location, and any photos they attached. Review these details carefully to decide whether you want to send a quote.

  1. Open the lead notification or check your Leads tab.
  2. Read the full job description and any follow-up answers the customer provided.
  3. Decide whether to send a quote or decline the lead.
