Decline a Lead
It is better to decline a lead promptly than to leave it unanswered. Declining lets the customer know you are not available and helps maintain your response rate. You can optionally provide a reason.
Steps
- Open the lead and tap Decline.
- Optionally select a reason such as too far, too busy, or outside expertise.
Tip: Declining does not hurt your rating - but leaving leads unanswered will lower your response rate.
