Chat with Your Professional

Once a professional is matched to your booking, you can message them directly through the app. Use chat to discuss job details, share additional photos, or coordinate scheduling.

Steps

  1. Open your booking and tap the Chat button.
  2. Type your message and tap Send.
Tip: Keep all communication within the app so there is a record of everything discussed, which helps if any disputes arise.
