Account Deletion Blockers

In some cases, you may not be able to delete your account immediately. Common reasons include having active marketplace bookings or an outstanding balance. You need to resolve these before proceeding.

Steps

  1. Check for any active bookings in the Marketplace tab and complete or cancel them.
  2. Verify that any outstanding payments have been settled.
  3. Try deleting your account again once all blockers are resolved.
