Delete your account

Use the account deletion option in Settings and follow the identity-confirmation steps. After you confirm, there is a seven-day period in which you can cancel the request from the app; signing in alone does not cancel it. After that period deletion starts and cannot be undone.

Deleting your account also deletes your identity-verification data, including any face template. Some shared copies, necessary transaction/safety records and backups may remain for a limited time as explained in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion does not itself cancel an app-store subscription: also check your Apple or Google subscription settings.

Request an export first if you want a copy. If the in-app route is unavailable, or you need help with retained records, contact privacy@kf.social.
