Fix Call Issues

If you are experiencing poor call quality, dropped calls, or connection issues, there are several things you can try to improve your experience.

Steps

  1. Check your internet connection - switch to Wi-Fi if possible.
  2. Make sure KF.Social has microphone and camera permissions in your device settings.
  3. Close other apps that might be using bandwidth.
  4. Restart the app and try calling again.
Important: Calls require a stable internet connection. Very slow connections may cause calls to drop or have poor audio quality.
