Reviews are a key factor in how customers choose professionals. Your reviews section shows all feedback from completed bookings, your average rating, and any responses you have written.
Steps
- Open your profile and scroll to the Reviews section.
- Read customer feedback and tap Reply to respond.
Tip: Respond to all reviews - especially critical ones. A thoughtful response shows potential customers that you care about quality.
