Items Needing Your Attention

The pending actions section highlights everything that requires your immediate response - new leads waiting for quotes, customer messages you have not replied to, and bookings that need status updates.

Steps

  1. Check the Pending Actions card on your dashboard.
  2. Tap any item to go directly to the relevant screen.
  3. Address each item to keep your response rate high.
Tip: Aim to clear your pending actions daily - prompt responses lead to more won jobs.
