Pause a Service

If you want to temporarily stop offering a service without deleting it, you can pause it. Paused services are hidden from customers and you will not receive new leads for them until you unpause.

Steps

  1. Open the service from your Services list.
  2. Toggle the Active switch to off.
  3. Toggle it back on when you are ready to receive leads again.
Tip: Pausing is better than deleting - you keep your reviews and settings when you unpause.
