Cancelling a Booking
While cancellations should be avoided, we understand that emergencies happen. If you must cancel, do so as early as possible so the customer can find an alternative professional.
Steps
- Open the booking and tap Cancel Booking.
- Select a reason for the cancellation.
- Confirm the cancellation - the customer will be notified immediately.
Important: Frequent cancellations negatively affect your rating and may result in fewer leads.
