Cancelling a Booking

While cancellations should be avoided, we understand that emergencies happen. If you must cancel, do so as early as possible so the customer can find an alternative professional.

Steps

  1. Open the booking and tap Cancel Booking.
  2. Select a reason for the cancellation.
  3. Confirm the cancellation - the customer will be notified immediately.
Important: Frequent cancellations negatively affect your rating and may result in fewer leads.
