Category-Based Verification

Some service categories require additional identity verification before you can receive leads. This is determined automatically based on the risk level of the services you offer and helps keep our community safe and trusted.

Steps

  1. After onboarding, if your service category requires verification, you will be prompted to complete it.
  2. Follow the instructions to provide the required identity documents.
  3. Verification results are typically available within a few business days.
Tip: Not all categories require verification. If yours does, completing it quickly means you can start receiving leads sooner.
