In plain terms: the position is not the reliable villain it is made out to be.
Spines are built to bend, load, and adapt. Bending your neck to look at something is a normal human movement your body handles millions of times. The idea that a natural posture is silently and permanently deforming you does not hold up. Posture is not fragile, and neither are you.
None of this means the ache is imaginary. Fatigue is real, and for some people neck pain is genuinely bothersome.
