In the app, people can discover and message others, join interest-based clubs, and book a seat at a matched table of six in London. Available on iOS, Android and web at kf.social. Users must be at least 18 years old. No ads, ever. ## How it works - Book a seat for an evening while you are in London. A GBP 15 Matching Fee covers the matching and the restaurant booking. - We build a table of six, matched on age and shared interests. - We send you the restaurant six hours before the table. - You pay for your own food and drinks at the restaurant. - The morning after, your table becomes a private group in the app, which keeps working after you fly home. ## Who it is for - People who want to meet new people online and over dinner. - London residents, people new to London, and visitors are welcome. You do not need to know anyone in London. ## Key features - A table of six, matched, not random - One evening at a time, with no subscription and no commitment to the next one - We send you the restaurant six hours before the table ## Beyond the dinners - The app has a daily Discover deck of people near you, so you can browse and choose who to approach rather than wait to be matched. - A wave carries a written message and can be sent to anyone on the platform, so no one is out of reach. Waves are limited in number each month. - Friend requests make a connection permanent, and full 1:1 chat opens once you are friends. - Chat carries text, photos, video, voice notes, documents, and voice and video calls. - Clubs are interest groups you can join and post in, with their own group chat. - The dinner is the thing we sell. It is not the only thing in the app. ## How the table is matched - Age is matched in bands, not exactly. The bands are 18-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55-64 and 65+. Nobody at the table can see anybody's exact age. - Shared interests carry the most weight of anything you tell us about yourself. - Tables are balanced by gender where people have told us their gender. Most tables are open to everyone; a small number are published as women-only and are shown only to guests whose gender qualifies, which means women, including trans women. You can pick from twenty-three genders or say you would rather not, and you can set a gender without showing it on your profile. - You will not be seated with someone you have already met at a KF dinner for 90 days, and you will not be sent to the same restaurant twice inside 28 days. - A table of first-timers gets at least one guest who has done it before, so nobody is at a table where everybody is equally new. - Two people who have asked not to be matched again are never seated together. That request is private and is never disclosed. - Booking gates on two things only: being 18 or over, and paying for the seat - Guests can choose to verify who they are with an ID check, and you see the tick if they have. Verification is optional and no dinner depends on it. - Your table becomes a private group after the dinner - No ads, no data resale ## Pricing - GBP 15 Matching Fee per seat. Food and drinks are paid at the restaurant. - Premium membership reduces the Matching Fee to GBP 5. Premium is GBP 4.99 a week, GBP 9.99 a month, or GBP 59.99 a year. - Cancellation: cancel more than 72 hours before the table and the Matching Fee goes back to your card. Cancel after that but more than 24 hours before, and it comes back as points toward another dinner.
